Recent House Painting Testimonial in Delran, NJ

Brennan’s Custom Painting recently finished painting a large stairwell and upper hallways of a home in Delran, NJ. This was our client’s first experience with us, and here is the testimonial they wrote about us on Angie’s List this week:

From the beginning, I could tell Brennan’s would be a good company to use. Craig came to do the estimate within days of contacting him. He was honest and up front about the work they could perform (fixing imperfections, correcting drywall seams, etc). I had him give an estimate for the greatest amount of work, which came in a little too high for my budget, but Craig was very willing to adjust the work provided, and meet me in the middle to get the job done. He was very accomodating to my schedule as there was only one week I was around. I then spoke with a painter named Justin, who was setting up a time to come prep, and though he was working another job at the same time, I never felt like that one took priority over my much smaller job. Justin set me up with a great painter, Bruce, who did great work on the stairwell. When they were done, the guys vacuumed and cleaned up, and the paint looked GREAT! Everyone who came by was also great with our dog, a 75-lb Chocolate Lab, which was a plus, because he got loose and tried to jump up on them when they came in and out of our house. Everyone was on time, and the work was completed on schedule and as priced. Absolutely use Brennan’s Custom Painting!

Cherry Hill, NJ Interior Painting – Angie’s List review

The owner, Craig Brennan (who is himself a member of Angie’s List), was extremely professional when he came to give the estimate — no hard sell at all, answered all questions, and e-mailed the estimate within the time frame he had given. His price was slightly higher than the two other estimates I got, but I felt he was the most professional and trustworthy of the three. Plus, we were provided the services of an interior designer at no charge to help us choose colors. Lynne Nelson, the designer, was extremely helpful, particularly in choosing a color for a kitchen to match very old, dark cabinets. The job took about six days. All of the painters were pleasant, and professional, particularly the foreman, Manny, who kept us contantly abreast of what was completed, what time they would arrive and leave, and what areas they would be doing next. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and paid particular attention to this when they had to stop over the weekend. The owner, Craig, also stopped by twice during the job to check on everything. Two glitches came up during the job, one of which was their responsibility and one not, but both of which they took care of. When I noticed that they had painted part of one wall the wrong color, they apologized immediately for the miscommunication and corrected the mistake right away, staying later than usual to fix it. Also, when my automatic garage door happened to break while they were here (just a fluke and not their responsibility), their handyman came the next day and repaired it for us at no charge — saved us a call and money for garage door repair! Only thing that could have been handled more smoothly was the communication about scheduling the job. Craig had e-mailed us a tentative date, but I then did not hear from him again and had to contact him as the date got close to confirm it. Overall, however, the house looks great, the owner and painters were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend this company

Angie’s List Painting Testimonial Swedesboro NJ

We recently finished a larger painting project for a new client in Swedesboro NJ. The scope of work consisted of painting a number of rooms in the interior along with the wood trim. We also stained her exterior front door, power-washed the exterior of the house, sidewalk and driveway and did a few handyman service items..

“All of the contracted work was completed in 5 days with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. My hard wood floors, furniture and kitchen cabinets were covered. Walls were primed and two coats of paint were applied. I am new to the area and did not know what to expect, but I was extremely pleased from start to finish. From the site survey that was conducted by Craig Brennan, the design consulant Lynne to the Crew Leader Justin and his crew, Chris, Luke and Steve each and every person treated me and my home with the utmost respect. The crew went above and beyond my expectations. I have recommeded them to several neighbors and coworkers. Within the next year I have other jobs that need to be done and I will only use Brennan’s Custom Painting.”
